Yes. When you call 10X, one of our technical support representatives will investigate the problem, identify the source, and offer to resolve the issue in any of the following methods:

  • Time and material – You may require a premise visit to include additional diagnosis and troubleshooting as well as replacement parts.
  • 10X Maintenance coverage – If you are eligible for coverage we fix the issue free of charge, either remotely or on site.
  • Recently purchased from 10X – If you bought the equipment from us, we support the issue for a pre-determined period of time.
